# How to cancel the subscription?

### Shopify version

To cancel your Wheelio account and subscription, from your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels. Locate the app and then, simply click Uninstall app to remove it from your store and cancel the subscription.

### All-platforms Wheelio

To cancel your All-platforms Wheelio account use the "Cancel Plan" button like shown in the screenshot under Website settings.

|| Be sure to download your invoices prior to removing the Account as you won't be able to access it once you have canceled your Wheelio account.
