# I don't see Wheelio on my live Shop

# Wheelio is not appearing on my Shop

**Wheelio appears on your Shop based on conditions that you set in your Campaign.**

It's strongly advised to test view Wheelio using the "Preview" button in your Campaign.

**If you are testing Wheelio on your Shop by just visiting your URL...**

Doing tests like this, we strongly suggest:
* using Chrome's Incognito Mode, so your cookies get reset each time when testing -

* removing Cookies prior to testing (not the suggested way, but still will work) -

### Are you still unable to view Wheelio in your Shop?

* check Campaign URL filters if they contain any broken URLs, or maybe not the one you had tested before
* check Campaign Triggers so you do the action to trigger Wheelio show
* check if you have multiple Campaigns set with the same URL
