# What are Triggers?

**Wheelio can open based on many different parameters. These are called "Triggers" since with these we control when Wheelio should get shown to the customer.**

| All triggers are set with "OR" logical operator, which means first one of the enabled to be true, will trigger Wheelio to show up.

### Desktop & Mobile

**Wheelio offers separate triggers for Mobile devices and Desktop devices.**
