How to Integrate Wheelio with Klaviyo?

To start integrating Wheelio with Klaviyo, first, click on the "Integrations" tab located in the top bar of Wheelio Dashboard. After doing so, click on the "Klaviyo" box.

To get your Klaviyo API key that's required, click on the marked text.
Once logged in Klaviyo, click on the "Create private API key" and after it gets created click on the eye located next to the password, to view the content like shown in the screenshot.

Please make sure to enable the API Key permissions as shown here:

Copy the private API Key and go back to Wheelio Dashboard to paste it in.

Select your List in the dropdown and then Enable the integration.

Click the "Save Changes" to save the current steps.

To finalize your integration, you are required to Enable your Klav

| Wheelio x Shop integration is available only for Wheelio Shopify

Go to your Wheelio Campaign >> Integrations tab >> click the "Enable" toggle as marked on the screenshot.

To be eligible for lead capture with Shop you must have Shopify Payments and Shop Pay enabled.

How to cancel the subscription?

Shopify version

To cancel your Wheelio account and subscription, please use the "Delete" button in your Shopify Dashboard >> Apps.

All-platforms Wheelio

To cancel your All-platforms Wheelio account uses the "Cancel Plan" like shown in the screenshot.

|| Be sure to download your invoices prior to removing the Account as you won't be able to access it once you have canceled your Wheelio account.

How to integrate Wheelio with Attentive?

1. Go to your "Integrations" tab in Wheelio Dashboard

2. Click the link to go to your Attentive Account

3. Click the link to retrieve your ID

4. Click the "Create App" button

5. Enter "Wheelio" and second field your contact email

6. Enable all "write" permissions.

7. Click "Create".

8. Copy the generate API key

9. Go to your Wheelio tab and insert the copied API key

3. Click the link to retrieve your ID

10. Copy the ID where it says "API"

11. Paste the ID here and click 12. to "Confirm"

13. Enable Attentive and 14. Click "Save"
