Show Wheelio after X-seconds

To trigger Wheelio after X-amount of seconds, once your Shop loads, use the "With Delay" trigger listed under Triggers.
This trigger doesn't make other triggers wait before showing the Wheelio, it works as a trigger on its own.

Show Wheelio right away

To make Wheelio show right after your page fully loads, use the same settings with 0 seconds, like so:


All triggers work with an "OR" statement which means, the first one to get triggered, will make the Wheelio appear.
