I don't see Wheelio on my live Shop

Wheelio is not appearing on my Shop



Wheelio appears on your Shop based on conditions that you set in your Campaign.

It's strongly advised to test view Wheelio using the "Preview" button in your Campaign.




If you are testing Wheelio on your Shop by just visiting your URL...

Doing tests like this, we strongly suggest:
using Chrome's Incognito Mode, so your cookies get reset each time when testing -

removing Cookies prior to testing (not the suggested way, but still will work) -

Are you still unable to view Wheelio in your Shop?



check Campaign URL filters if they contain any broken URLs, or maybe not the one you had tested before
check Campaign Triggers so you do the action to trigger Wheelio show
check if you have multiple Campaigns set with the same URL

You checked all above and still can't find what could be wrong?
