NOTIFICATION POPUP
Notification Toggle: The toggle switch labeled “Show popup” determents if the trigger is set to ON or OFF, which means the notification popup won’t appear unless this setting is turned ON.
Popup Text Fields:
The customizable text for the popup includes placeholders like:
{{ State }}: This dynamic value will be replaced with the state (e.g., California) of the user who triggered the notification.
{{ Discount }}: Represents the discount amount (e.g., 25% off) won by someone.
{{ Country }}: You can use this placeholder to display the country (if applicable).
{{ Minutes }}: Indicates the time elapsed since the notification was triggered. It can be a random number from 1 to 15 minutes.
Under Popup text form you can write what happened in the notification (example: Someone from {{ State }} just won a {{ Discount }} off coupon!)
Under Popup small text you can write when or how it happened in smaller letters (example: {{ Minutes }} minutes ago)
Users can select where the popup will appear on the screen in the Position lable.
Here’s a preview of how the notification would look:
Coupon Slices
Slice Row:
The slices determine the number of the slice that is being edited in that column
Type Row:
The “Type” column specifies the category or nature of the coupon slice. Here are the types explained for the first three examples:
This type indicates that the coupon is dynamic, meaning it can change based on certain conditions (e.g., user behavior, time, etc.).
A “losing” slice means that the user doesn’t win any coupon or discount. It’s essentially a non-reward outcome.
Name Row:
The “Name” column provides a brief description of what the coupon or outcome represents. Examples:
5% OFF - This slice offers a 5% discount.
No luck today - As mentioned earlier, this is a losing slice where the user doesn’t win anything.
Almost - The name suggests that the user is close to winning something (perhaps a larger discount).
Coupon Code:
A coupon code is a unique alphanumeric sequence or combination that customers can use during checkout to receive a discount, special offer, or other benefits.
When a user enters a valid coupon code, the associated discount or offer is applied to their purchase. Coupon codes can be specific to certain products, categories, or order totals.
For example, if you have a coupon code “SAVE10,” applying it during checkout might give you a 10% discount on your total order.
Gravity:
Gravity refers to the likelihood or probability of a particular coupon slice being selected or won by a user.
In the context of the coupon wheel or discount system, slices with higher gravity have a greater chance of being triggered or awarded.
For instance:
A slice with 80% gravity is more likely to appear when a user interacts with the system (e.g., spins the wheel).
A slice with 0% gravity (like the “Losing” slice) means there is no chance of winning anything; it’s essentially a non-reward outcome.
Wheelio will never stop on a losing slice. You don’t want that, trust us.
Edit:
Slice Configuration:
The Slice section allows you to select a specific slice number. Each slice represents a possible outcome when users interact with the coupon system (e.g., spinning a wheel).
For example, if you have 10 slices on your coupon wheel, you can customize the settings for each one individually.
Coupon Type:
The Type section lets you choose the type of coupon. In this case, the available options are:
Dynamic Coupon: This type indicates that the coupon can change dynamically based on certain conditions (e.g., user behavior, time, etc.).
Coupon: This type indicates a normal coupon
HTML link: This type redirects the customer to a certain URL
Gravity:
The Gravity dropdown allows you to set the likelihood or probability of a particular slice being selected or won by a user.
Higher gravity values mean that the slice is more likely to appear when users interact with the system.
Coupon Name:
The Name field is where you can enter a descriptive name for the coupon.
Discount Options:
The Discount section specifies the type and value of the discount. In this case, it’s set to a 5% OFF discount.
You can also choose to show a message instead of revealing the actual coupon code directly. This feature is useful for sending discount codes via email or SMS.
Redirection After Spin:
The Redirection option allows you to specify a URL where users will be redirected after winning the discount code. You can enter an HTTP link for redirection.
Coupon Configuration:
There are three types of coupons:
Percentage coupon: This type indicates that a coupon gives a discount in percentages
Fixed amount: This type indicates the exact amount of discount
Free shipping: This type indicates free shipping
The applies section determents on what products will the coupon work, as in All products, Specific collections or Specific products.
Minimum purchase requirements let you determent if there are no minimum requirements, if there is a certain minimum purchase amount or a minimum quantity of items required for this coupon to work.
If you want to limit a number of times the discount can be used in total you can write this amount in _ times or turn this option OFF.
You can also ON/OFF the limit to one user only and set up an expiration date for your discount code.
Remember to customize these settings based on your specific requirements to create engaging coupon experiences for your users!
GDPR & Consent
GDPR Compliance Overview:
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) applies to all EU citizens and mandates that their personal data can only be processed with their explicit consent.

Users need to be informed about how their data will be used and where they can find detailed information.
Example Consent Text:
The example consent text could look something like:
“By clicking ‘Spin,’ you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.”
The hyperlinks for “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” should lead to the respective documents.

The slots determine the number of the slots that is being edited in that column
Type Row:
The “Type” column specifies the category or nature of the coupon slots. Here are the types explained for the first three examples:
This type indicates that the coupon is dynamic, meaning it can change based on certain conditions (e.g., user behavior, time, etc.).
A “losing” slot means that the user doesn’t win any coupon or discount. It’s essentially a non-reward outcome.
Name Row:
The “Name” column provides a brief description of what the coupon or outcome represents. Examples:
5% OFF - This slot offers a 5% discount.

Wheelio will never stop on a losing slot. You don’t want that, trust us.
Edit:
Slot Configuration:

Coupon: This type indicates a normal coupon
HTML link: This type redirects the customer to a certain URL
Gravity:
The Gravity dropdown allows you to set the likelihood or probability of a particular slot being selected or won by a user.
Higher gravity values mean that the slot is more likely to appear when users interact with the system.

Users need to be informed about how their data will be used and where they can find detailed information.
Example Consent Text:
The example consent text could look something like:
“By clicking ‘Spin,’ you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.”

Winning Tickets
Ticket Row:
The ticket determine the number of the ticket that is being edited in that column
Type Row:
The “Type” column specifies the category or nature of the coupon ticket. Here are the types explained for the first three examples:
This type indicates that the coupon is dynamic, meaning it can change based on certain conditions (e.g., user behavior, time, etc.).
A “losing” ticket means that the user doesn’t win any coupon or discount. It’s essentially a non-reward outcome.
Name Row:
The “Name” column provides a brief description of what the coupon or outcome represents. Examples:
5% OFF - This ticket offers a 5% discount.
No luck today - As mentioned earlier, this is a losing ticket where the user doesn’t win anything.
Gravity:
Gravity refers to the likelihood or probability of a particular coupon ticket being selected or won by a user.
In the context of scratchy or discount system, tickets with higher gravity have a greater chance of being triggered or awarded.
For instance:
A ticket with 80% gravity is more likely to appear when a user interacts with the system (e.g., scratchy).
A ticket with 0% gravity (like the “Losing” ticket) means there is no chance of winning anything; it’s essentially a non-reward outcome.
Wheelio will never stop on a losing ticket. You don’t want that, trust us.
Edit:
Ticket Configuration:
The ticket section allows you to select a specific ticket number. Each ticket represents a possible outcome when users interact with the coupon system (e.g., spinning a wheel).
For example, if you have 10 ticket on your coupon wheel, you can customize the settings for each one individually.
Gravity:
The Gravity dropdown allows you to set the likelihood or probability of a particular ticket being selected or won by a user.
Higher gravity values mean that the ticket is more likely to appear when users interact with the system.
